The Most Important Meal of the Day

I think that the most important meal of the day is breakfast because to me breakfast when I am a bit grouchy in the morning and  when i hear the crunch of the tost or feel the coolness of the milk in my cereal I have feel refreshed and happy.

I completely agree with you. I definitely need to have a good healthy breakfast in order to wake up and feel ready for the day. If I don't eat a proper breakfast I feel tired and sluggish all day. This morning I was lucky because my son (Aronui) made me a special breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and fruit. It's one of my all-time favourite breakfasts.

What is your #1 (most favourite) breakfast? Do you prefer cereal or toast? Aronui is a huge fan of honey on toast. I think that he would eat it every day if he could!

Keep up the awesome work with your blogs. I'm already looking forward to reading your next post :)

    Cheers,

    1. HI Rachel

My #1 Favourite breakfast would have to be Bacon and eggs and I think I would prefer cereal more then toast.

Good choices! I sometimes make a special breakfast of bacon and eggs for my family on the week-ends :)

  2. Haha! You sound like a lot of people I know. I think breakfast is very important too, but more importantly it should be healthy and light.

I hope you're enjoying your holidays and making nicer breakfasts for yourself than usual (maybe adding a banana to your cereal or something).

    Have a good evening!

  3. Hi Bethan

It's great to see that you are participating in the Summer Learning Journey. I agree that breakfast is important for a great start to the day. I mainly have cereal or tea and toast, but my favourite type of breakfast would have to be bacon and eggs on special occasions. Did you see that in Canada they usually have pancakes and maple syrup? Yum! Keep up the great work.
